Will the massage hurt?

A massage should not be painful, though some  techniques may involve a degree of discomfort to effectively target deeper muscle layers. 
Open communication is key to ensuring a comfortable and beneficial experience. Remember this is YOUR session! Pressure can be customized from light to firm or a mixture of both!

Do I have to undress?

Undress to your comfort level, you will be covered at all times with our high quality sheets and only expose the areas being massaged. Some people keep all clothing on, remove all or leave under wear on. Your comfort is our top priority!

What type of massage is there?

Every Massage is customized. Traditional deep tissue will be performed if muscle tension is present. Lymphatic Drainage(detox massage) is performed when experiencing bloating and/or inflammation in the legs, arms, face and abdomen. The easiest thing to do is to book a signature massage and we will customize your session on the day of your appointment.
